• Please provide clear details and all required materials when ordering.
• Design previews may be provided when applicable. Once approved, the design is final. Changes after approval may result in additional fees and extended timelines.
• Custom orders typically require 2–4 weeks. Rush orders must be approved before purchase and may incur additional fees.

💳 Payment & Pricing

• All custom orders require full payment upfront.
• Ready-made items must be paid in full before shipment.
• Custom quotes are valid for 7 days.
• If a custom order is canceled after work begins, up to 50% may be refunded to account for labor and materials.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Ready-made items ship within 5–7 business days. Custom pieces follow their quoted timeline.
• Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
• Once shipped, delays or losses caused by carriers are outside of my control — though I will assist with claims when possible.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final, including custom and ready-made items.
• If a craftsmanship defect occurs (not shipping damage), contact me within 48 hours with clear photos.
• Resolutions are offered at my discretion.

🌾 Materials & Care

Many pieces incorporate natural elements such as herbs, flowers, or resins.

• Please review materials listed on each product page.
• Be mindful of allergies.
• Resin should be cleaned gently and kept away from heat and harsh chemicals.

Minor imperfections are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

🔮 Intention Products & Ethical Boundaries

Spiritual and intention-based items are symbolic tools for personal use. Outcomes are not guaranteed.

I reserve the right to refuse any request that feels harmful, unsafe, or ethically misaligned.

Once a product leaves my studio, its use is the responsibility of the buyer.

Tarot readings are offered for reflection, insight, and entertainment purposes only.

They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.

Readings:

• Focus on your energy and personal growth
• Do not invade another person’s privacy or free will
• May be reframed if questions are manipulative, intrusive, or harmful

Tarot services are available to clients 18+ only.

All readings are non-refundable once delivered. Cancellations must occur before the reading begins.

Whimsy & Wards is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (postal disruptions, supply shortages, illness, natural events, etc.).
